If i had a colloumn which is has a blank cells, how can i stuck up so i just got the full cells only at that coloums? Here for example: (Blank = ...)
A
Mandy
...
...
...
Bobby
Chris
...
Diane
...
...
George
(and so on)

So I have an out put like this:
A
Mandy
Bobby
Chris
Diane
George
(and so on)

I'd try to sort it, but my table was too long, so can't be sorted (coz the sort button was locked). Any different ideas? Thx

Select the column, click on Data | Filter | Autofilter.

Filter the column for (NonBlanks). Now you will see all the data and none of the blank cells.

Select the filtered column, and click Ctrl-C or Edit | Copy.

At the top of an empty column, Edit | Paste Special | Skip blanks.

Turn off the filter and you will find your data sans blanks in the new column.
