I am having an old computer, I want to format it but i dont have the drivers so I want to know that does WINDOWS XP contains all drivers inbuilt

Windows XP does have many drivers built in .
If the system is that old it will try to load generic drivers, but if it's successful then the hardware should work ok.

may of them when you install it most likely it will display and sutch only problems ive had on this note is on old graphics cards windows has many generic drivers for displays keyboards sound cards erthernet ect though you should check how much ram it has the min imum xp needs is 256 and that runs crapy i recomend a gig or 512 go into control panel system and hardware and write down the info on your diferent hard ware and research to find xp drivers for it i put xp on a 12 year old system with little trouble

if ur computer is too much old u will have problems but if u know what type of card is inside of ur computer u can download the driver trough internet in www.download.com u will find or www.driver.com just open ur case and see what is the name of the hard ware ;)

Format is a command that is in Windows.

Open My Computer
cl c: (the hard drive, it will become highlighted)
cl File
cl Format

Be sure this is what you want to do before proceeding.
