i like in pakistan so please tell me the name of vitamin e capsule which is easily available here ....also tell me how to use it and how often? good answers will be appreciated thanks:)

I'll tell you a secret, vitamins cannot be absorbed thru skin...for a natural, glowing complexion you can try using some almond oil for moisturizer and maybe once a week using a facial of honey, oatmeal and eggwhite...these are some things I like to use when I want to stay away from commercial products

Most stores in the US sell vitamin E capsules and the way you use them is break them open and put them on your face. I always use them at night because the oil is kind of thick, but you could use it during the day if you wanted to. If you can't purchase it in Pakistan, go on line to some of your discount or pharmacies and you should be able to purchase. Good luck.
