I pick Gaara because he looks much more innocent and cheerful as a child. He also looks like the most "normal" child out of the four. He's also the only one thats changed and grown as a character. Naruto = annoying back then annoying now. Sasuke = emo then emo now. Neji = had more hair than sister back then still has more hair than his sister (which is REALLY weird)
Rock Lee looks hysterical as a kid.

Gaara was the cutest. Plus he use to carry around a teddy bear with him. It made him look even more innocent and you'd probably never realize he was dangerous until the sand got you.

Poor little Gaara, he didn't even have a chance from the get-go. Stupid Kazekage...putting that incarnation of sand in him. Makes me wanna kill him with a kunai knife.
