Just type in the element followed by MSDS so get the safety information. You can find info for compounds that way as well.

Neon is non-toxic -- it is inert. Cadmium is somewhat toxic. Vanadium can't be terribly toxic as it is used in drills. Phosphorus is toxic, particularly the white form.
