I've been practicing the art of the 'siesta' ever since i watched a special travel documentary on Spain. Not only do i feel refreshed and revive afterwards, but i also feel energized. I'm just wondering about the benefits of nap time for the body and how many of us do take this seriously.

It is an extremely good idea to rest in the heat of the day.

One awakens with renewed energy and "zest" for a much more enjoyable evening.
