I won an auction on ebay and i paid for it literally 5 mins later. The seller is VERY slow shipping my item and i want to leave negitive feedback but she hasen't left feedback for me yet.
I did my part i gave her a VERY fast payment. Why didn't she leave me my feedback already??? I hate it when ppl do this $hit!!!
When i sell something i leave feedback for that person right away!!!

I have experienced the same thing and I agree with you 100% in that when you have upheld and fulfilled your end of the bidding, the seller should respond accordingly.
The reason they wait is because they will respond with like negative feedback if you leave them Neg feedback . . . .some sort of childish get even stunt.
I had one particular seller, who refused to communicate with me because I was demanding shipping time and expected delivery, . . . .no response. I then sent a message explaining there must be a communication problem, and if I did not get a reply by 5:00PM that day, I would contact eBay and find out the reason and I would file a payment dispute with my Credit Card company for non delivery of item.
Within 5 minutes they were slobbering an answer about how sorry they were and item would be shipped bla bla and would arrive bla bla.
In one instance, I did file a payment dispute with my CC company, and got my money back and the seller was left with their head stuck up their you know what plus I filled a complaint with eBay.
Sometimes the sellers feel they do not have to respond to lowly buyers, but I am quick to point out to a seller that the buyers are paying their bills, not the other way around.
Before you file negative feedback, file a complaint with eBay, and watch the seller fall through their you know what as eBay will be on them like a duck on a junebug.
Don't take any crap off any seller, they stay in business because of us buyers, not the other way around.

Alot of sellers are afraid to leave feedback for a buyer unless the buyer leaves it first, mostly for fear of negative feedback. I've had it happen to me a few times where I have left a positive for the buyer and then the buyer turns out to be a pain in the *** or leaves me a negative for soem stupid reason beyond my control instead of contacting me. As a result, I have adopted a policy that, as a seller, I will not leave feedback for the buyer until I have received confirmation from the buy that the transaction is complete.

She might be one of those people that sell a lot on a daily basis and has one day set aside where she takes care of feedback and shipping the items. I wouldn't leave negative feedback just yet. and as with everyone things can sometimes come up unexpectedly.

Since we only get one opportunity to leave feedback, it seems she doesn't want to do it until after you leave yours, because she knows she messed up by not getting your order out quickly enough. She figures you'll probably just not leave feedback and at least she won't have negative feedback. What a *****. Sorry, it happens.

Probably better not to leave any feedback. I know it would be right to leave negative, but don't let some ****** ruin your feedback just because he can't mail it right. Unfortunately you have to be the bigger person.
People suck sometimes. :o)

i agree, ebay is very currupt. she is doing it for the exact reason you list.. i am stearing clear of ebay ever since i had an auction or two go sour. many sellers, and i mean MANY are on there just to rip people off.
