When we go to start a game it says, no disc.
(yes all you smart @@@@@, there's a disc in it)
Has anyone had this problem?
Does anyone know how to fix or what to try next?
Thanks for any help!

Try a new disc to see if there is an error in the disc. Then try cleaning the gamecube, (read up on proper ways). If this doesn't work just go out and buy the Wii system, it plays gamecube games.

first try another disc and see if it still says that(because the disc your trying could be scratched) also try cleaning the disc but this happened to me with my PS2 and no game or movie would work so i brought it back to the game store where i got it and they gave me a new one because the laser that reads the disc's had died(thats a possibility) so if another disc/cleaning that disc doesnt work i would take it back (if you still have a warranty) and see what they can do

otherwise you can just buy a new one which you can get used for only like 50 - 70 dollars(not quite sure)
