The flying shark would go after the pny butterfly but the shark wouldn't go too far from the water (just because it flies doesn't mean it can breathe anywhere.) The butterfly would keep its distance shooting lasers at the shark constantly, until finally it hits a water tower flooding itself into the water allowing the shark to cut off one of the butterfly's wings with its knifelike arm. Then the butterfly would blind the shark with its laser beam eyes causing it to fly out of the water until finally it gets to land. The butterfly crashes and burns on land while making it's way to the fallen shark. It then fries the shark up with its laser beam eyes and everyone on the beach cuts the shark open and serves it for lunch. The butterfly then breaks into mainstream becoming a kool-aid man-esque mascot for sierra mist. then everyone parties down with the butterfly in commercials and the butterfly lives a long handicapable life. So your winner, pony sized butterfly with laser beam eyes!
