It's hard to tell, but I think that global warming will kill us first. There remains in me some hope that we're all to chicken to actually use a nuclear weapon for combative purposes again.

A B C is elementary and too trivial. The idea of the world ending as a whole is illogical. Only evolution is the answer here and not global warming either. When the planets align 240 years from now then maybe our Sun might have a problem and change a little from the orbital situation. Or one or three of Jupiters moon's implodes to change its orbital function?
But we have ephemeris patterns for another 1000 years ahead. Do you think we pay billions of dollars to those Science PHD's for nothing? we all live in our own orbs, our little skulls is all the world we know. Yes the world you know in your brain and experiences and we all do will disappear for we all fade away sometime, but there is not a chance and not even romance will help mankind if he tries to destroy this world. There is always Mother Nature that creeps up and does something like Tsunami, that is called cause and effect, volcanoes, earthquakes? etc., Then if you are a believer in the all mighty then you dont think he/she would allow all his work go to hell? Try being positive.

No one is stupid enough to engage in nuclear war because of mutual destruction. Global warming is a definite maybe. Global warming will destroy us, but not the earth, because the climate will adapt. The earth always seeks homeostasis. We are actually on the verge of an ice age, and the warming won't last much longer. My Earth Science professor once told me that we are at an interglacial period and the earth now, and climate now is as good as it will ever get.
My guess is that ozone carbon monoxide emissions are bad, but global warming is going to happen anyway, it will get warm until the climate cannot go any higher, and it will get colder, this is a normal cycle. But that is not to say that we shouls pollute the earth, on the contrary we should still make clean cars, alternative fuels, etc... I just mean that it is not completely our faults.
And on the grim side, ultimately, the end of the world will be inevitable because of our expanding sun that will scorch the earth. The sun will eventually shrink into a black hole and devour our solar system. But not for a few billion more years.
So in the mean time.....
Maybe we should ask Pat Robertson, he seems to know everything.

d. Eventually, everyone will become homosexual and stop having children, so that the human race will eventually die off.
That's my personal theory.
Nuclear war is the most likely candidate from your list. Global warming takes too long! =)

What will end the world is humanities choice. Actually there is no such thing as an ending, there is only a new beginning.

d. none of the above.
The more immediate cause would be an energy crisis, or a mutant virus epidemic on a global scale.
