I am a good-looking white male in my teens but I am extremely shy (social anxiety disorder!) especially around girls how do I overcome this and get laid and even furthermore ina relationship.

form friendship first, because this doesn't come easily for you, you'll have to move slow. Join some clubs at school, something that force you to mingle. I know all about the shy bit. I was so shy that I refused to go into the grocery store with my mom. But now I'm a lot more outgoing. You have to fight it and make yourself do stuff thats terrifying. It will get easier.

They equation for getting laid with teenage girls really isn't that complicated. You say you're good looking, so you've got that going for you. Shyness is bad. Girls are attracted to confidence. In particular, most teenage girls are attracted to arrogant jackasses, and being a little jealous makes them think their special. It will also help if you have some money, which will attract girls like bees to nectar and make them think you'll buy them things and be a good long-term prospect. Since most teenagers are looking to assert their independence, having a car will definitely help attract girls and give you a place to get laid. Finally, and I know it's illegal, but alcohol is like a hurry-up offense with women. It makes the feisty ones wild and the shy ones open up. So if you already drink, sharing it with the girl you fancy will probably help you get laid. Good hunting.

i'll tell you from my experience. i was obsessed with getting laid when i was in hi school. i didn't get any play. then, when i changed my attitude and startin talkin to girls and treatin them wit more respect, i got play.
when you talk to girls, don't look at them like walking vaginas, they could sense that from miles away. they won't even bother in talking to you. you don't want to attract any hos that want a good time, they'll chew you up and turn you into a bitter jerkface. Hos are not worth the trouble, just trust me.
when you talk to them, try and work on building a relationship, first friendly, than move it forward to something more. let them know that they're attractive while you get to know them. don't approach girls and think, "i should change myself in order for her to like me' be yourself and they'll pick up on that. be confident and share what you like with them (refrain from showing them your booger collection or somethin, save that for wifey). i love Star Wars and i've embraced my ADD, and some girls love it, others don't. i choose to start somethin with the girls that aren't morally disgusted by Ewoks and Chewie and whatnot.
remember girls are just as curious and nervous as you are. you just have to grow some balls and go out there and get to know them while they get to know you.

how about stop thinking about getting laid and figure out what it is you want out of life. Rather than fullfilling your sexual needs in a teenage year that could cause you to ich, scratch, or see bugs crawling on your genitals.
