I have a prepaid T-mobile cell phone, and sometimes when I send text messegaes a plus sign (+) will be in front of the phone number. What does that plus sign mean...I always thought that meant an international call...Is t-mobile trying to rip me off by putting that + to make me pay more?

The number is sometimes converted into international format by the network. Maybe even that the sender is using the international format of your number. The standard way of displaying this is with a + sign in front of the number.

You won't be charged any more for this.
