Salma Hayek, by a mile. She has a feminine, healthy and curvy figure. She has exotic and stunning facial features, nice hair and a great smile. She is a natural beauty and looks great up and down. Penelope Cruz is cute in the girl next door, sort of way.

I used to say Salma Hayek, hands down, but I've been seeing Penelope Cruz on shows lately and she isn't too bad. I guess it was her ostrich/giraffe look that threw me off but she is real pretty. Salma Hayek has a more Mexican-Spanish accent (yes, you can notice the difference in accents between Penelope's spanish and Salma's); Penelope's is more European and cuter. So, voice-wise Penelope is cuter, figure-wise Penelope is cuter. Personality-wise, Salma is better.
