how can anybody answer this question if they are not sure where do u live and what kind of services are available in ur area ...if ur not aware ...u can access internet through cable and these days u can find portable internet too where u need a power plug and modem and ur good to go ..

If u have a mobile with a active GPRS connection,U simply connect mobile and ur pc through a DATA CABLE and there u go,a cheep as well as fast internet connection is made!
