Pokemon Fire Red Question?

This is for game boy advance. I am at the big office tower that has the maze of tiles on the floor that transport you to other levels. Anyhow I need to get the card key to open some of the doors. I went to the floor it is on but there is a guard that I already battled and won blocking my way to get to the pokemon ball that has the card key. It is a narrow hallway that leads down the side and goes to the bottom of the screen on like level 3 or 5 cant remember now. How do I get past him? He never moves from that spot he just stands there. I cant go around him I cant push him out of the way. All he tells me is that one of the pokemons turn into wheezes or something like that.

you can't do it on the top right, so go to the bottom left

on floor 5, go left til you past the scientist, and then go down - at the bottom, you'll find another rocket, and NorthEast of him (up and to the right) there is a warp pad.

step on the warp pad, and after you warp, step on it again. (so you need to warp exactly two times)

you'll now be back on floor 5, one up, and one right of a rocket guard. now you can just walk to the right to get where you're going

ah my dear friend,its like this, you see a rocket standing at a corner and on the top right spot of him is a tile right? all you have to do is step on it twice,once its when you are fighting him,after you fought him,step on the tile again,and when you return back,step back again and return to see that rocket again,then do not move,just go down,meaning you and he are in the same row,then just go right from him and you can find the key
