It sounds like a nocturnal event involving a relatively large number of dwarves. More than 5 dwarves for sure.

Where did you hear it from? It sounds to me either a user started event where a bunch of dwarf characters will get together at a specific in-game time and run around. Try checking out your realm forums to see what its about. If you still don't know then your probably not supposed to know and its an invite only... WoW= High School popularity contest. GG.
