I call it an "emotional affair", which can be just as bad as physically cheating. Either way, there are some things you need to work through in your relationship, because if they are going elsewhere, they are looking for something they are not getting with you.

There is a difference in acting lovey and actually doing anything. Your partner could just like the extra attention. Also, there is a difference in loving someone and being in love with them. She could actually love the person, but is in love with you.
Man you make it hard to answer with such little information. She also could be a natural flirt. If that is the case then it doesn't matter...she will flirt with a lot of people...but will go home with you.

noooo its not cheating. we are all programmed to find a mate for life, right ? so imagaine if you hadnt met the one you are with, of course you would have found another one. that is why you will always always be attracted to other people. its natural
the person you are with will always encounter attraction, as will u. doesnt mean they dont love you....probably best not to mention it though--- lol!!

Please, I'm not religious but I've always liked what President Carter said when asked if he'd ever strayed. His answer: no, but I've lusted in my heart and that's just as sinful. Or something like I've written.
I think this might be a good answer to your question, whether you're religious or not. Right and wrong applies equally to atheists as well as Christians.

I guess it depends on how you want to view it.I supose it could be called.....being tempted by the fruit of another.It's very normal and natural...human nature.but best not to act on it.
