I can't really think of anyone to feud with him at the moment. Umaga would be tough because they would have to make one of them a face, which would totally destroy their gimmick. I think they could better use Khali to get an upcoming guy over big. They should build Khali up for a while, Andre-style, like no one can even knock him off his feet. Then you have Monty Brown debut and knock him right over with The Pounce. It would get Brown over big, and really sell his signature move.
Note: I'm not a huge Monty Brown fan, but he could be a refreshing change of pace on Raw, but only if they can get him over.
