I usually make it to the gym 2-3 times per week. My goal is to not to be huge but to boost my BMR, lose wieght and tone.

OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING WRONG HERE--YOU SAY YOU GO TO THE GYM 2/3 TIMES A WEEK BUT NEED HELP WITH A PROGRAM?? ASK GYM TRAINER OR GO TO ANOTHER GYM--DUH..

what's BMR? if you want to tone and lose weight, you want to lift lighter weights with more repetitions. it really depends on which areas you want to work on, but if you want to become lean and tone, incorporate your routine with a run on the treadmill, swim a few laps if your gym has a pool, etc. the key is to do natural exercises with as little help from heavyweights as possible. since you re at the gym, use light weights only and just go crazy wit them. do push/pull ups and situps at home.
