He had Down Syndrome I believe. He played on a few shows aside from that show. Did he pass away, or is he just away from the spotlight. ( and off the subject, can a person with down syndrome live a full life cause I can't ever recall a person over 40 with the condition?)

Spacedog gave you a pretty thorough answer, but I just wanted to add that people with Down syndrome do lead full and long lives. Many live well into their 60s thanks to advances in health care, particularly the ability to repair heart conditions. Also, thankfully, many more opportunities are open to people with DS because it is recognized that with therapy and education, these people are capable of doing almost anything anyone else can do.

That was a GREAT show! I miss it. I believe Corky is still alive. Since the end of that show I have seen him act in other shows as guest appearances. The names of those shows escapes me though.

hi, I only talked about the female who performed his sister very last evening on a movie. concept about that dude. i do no longer recognize what exceeded off to him, yet i trust he grow to be and is a good spokesman for his condition. Downs syndrome wasn't it?
