some of them I know they save, but what about the rest of them, where do they do with them

Concept vehicles are usually dismantled to one degree or another after serving their purpose. In most all cases, they are not capable of being licensed, as their safety features and constructions are presented as overall examples of design and features, not functional vehicles with required design safety features in place or validated.
