I can't seem to get it. Looking through trouble shooting, it says the following:

To ensure successful usage your machine requires outgoing connections on TCP ports 80 and 6667, as well as on TCP ports 17010, 17011 and 17012. If you want to be able to host a game you will have to redirect incoming packets on the TCP ports to your machine.

What does this mean and how do I even do this?

Thank You in advance.

Go back and look again. You're doing it wrong. You're not a 'host' you are a player. Hosting requires loading of a TCP host. If you don't have the correct gaming cards, it'll give you that info as well.
