im sorry. i know gas. and this is not gas!!! if i were pregnant i would be about 17 weeks (cause thats the last time i had sex). i have never felt this before and im scared to take a test!
im 5'4 and im overweight so i have about a 5 month pregnancy stomach.

Hyperthyroid definitely, im not sure the correct name but there is a thyroid and when it is active it can move around in your stomach, which makes you feel like you have a baby moving around in your stomach.

really bad gas or a bowel obstruction.
or maybe something intestinal
if you are having pains and not pregnant-you should get checked out

I get stomach spasms, and it feels like a baby kicking. My husband can even feel it when he touches my stomach..... So yes.
