i do. im in honors physical science and we are learning everything there is to know about chemistry. i already know most of the stuff the teachers is teaching us because i have checked out books from the public library and read them. we are learning everything pretty much. we learned about bases and acids today we took 4 pages of notes then had a quiz at the end of the hour on them. we take around 3 pages of notes everyday and do around 2 asssignments a day. we take quizes either every day or every other day. we do lots of expirements. i am in the best school in my state.....my school has the highest test scores and has the nicest, cleanest school. we were awarded by the state representative for having the nicest school and having the grass mowed every 3 days and having gardens. i know alot about chemisry though. we speed through the book. we normally spend 45 minutes everyday taking notes from an electric projector. then we have around 50-100 problems over the notes plus a quiz. sometimes he will just give us the notes then at the end of the hour he will give us a quiz over the same notes we took so that way we have to pay attention or else we will get a bad grade.

Chemistry (from Greek Ïημεία khemeia[1] meaning "alchemy") is the science of matter at the atomic to molecular scale, dealing primarily with collections of atoms, such as gases, molecules, crystals, and metals. Chemistry deals with the composition and statistical properties of such structures, as well as their transformations and interactions to become materials encountered in everyday life. Chemistry also deals with understanding the properties and interactions of individual atoms with the purpose of applying that knowledge at the macroscopic level. According to modern chemistry, the physical properties of materials are generally determined by their structure at the atomic scale, which is itself defined by interatomic forces.
