I would go for heavy make up. Thick foundation, dark lip liner with a paler lipstick, false eyelashes and plucked eyebrows.

Pack it on and go as bright as you can. take a lok at maccosmetics.com sometimes they will show some examples that are a bit over the top.

Just go very heavy and use bright colors.
