No. There is no monarchy in the states. Not to mention that Bush was voted in...you don't vote for royalty. What a silly question. If you do then I would think of you as an uneducated individual who needs a refresher course in American History.

In reality, the Bush family or any other presidential family,
is not..nor should be treated..as royalty. That is the reason
we broke away from England ... to get away from that
stuff. But, to be honest, they are often treated as royalty
for some reason....haven't been able to figure it out since
he was elected.

No, No and No!! The Kennedy's were the closest thing we had to royalty in this country because everyone liked them. The Bush clan consists of a bunch of buffoons and clowns. I wouldn't be surprised to learn there was some in-breeding somewhere along the line in the past.

Royalty is not the exact term that comes to mind. I know the Bush family is not popular with most Americans but I do think everyone of them has done the best he can and I respect them all for it.

Well, they may have a start towards it ... once they have been in the Monarchy line for another 900 years then we might consider them as candidates for such.

By "American" are you referring to South America, or Central America, or the U.S.A. .... Canada already still has Royalty who is doing quite well as long as the bureaucrats and politicians don't interfere too much!

Nicolai Ceausescu thought he was Romanian royalty (he had solid gold coffins built for him and his wife), and look what happened to him: a bullet in the brain and then dumped in an unmarked grave.
