Price is $14.99/monthly, $13.99/month (3 month plan), or $12.99 (6 month plan).

Word of Warcraft is an rpg which means you create a character by their faction, race, features, and their class.

The goal is to level your character while doing various quests and traveling through various zones and dungeons. During this you also aquire new armor/weapons.

There are also side things you can do such as cooking, fishing, and first aid. You also have the ability to learn 2 professions.

Battlegrounds are mini games that a group of one faction play against another for honor which you can use for better armor.

Currently the level cap is 60, but when the expansion comes out on 1/16, it will rise to 70. When you get around these levels you usually raid.

Raiding is getting multiple people (20/25/40) together for various difficult dungeons to get ultimate armor/weapon drops known as epics.

There is a great deal of things to do which makes it highly addictive as you are never doing the same thing (unless of course you are leveling).
