Some women do lactate when they are around babies for a while. It is natural and nothing to worry about. If you're worried, see your gynecologist.

No-I have not heard this before but I have heard that for women who are nursing or pregnant that their breasts can start to leak when they hear another baby cry or see another baby-it is a mother's instinct.But as far as your breasts getting bigger-it probably has more to do with your hormones or possible they swell before your periods.This happens to me before my periods.

No of course it isn't true. Tell your boyfriend that if he is around other women, his nose will grow and see what he says to that.
