If you mean is it natural for objects to orbit other orbits in space, yes it is. The bodies are held in orbit by gravity. A body in orbit is, in fact, falling towards the body it is orbiting but it keeps missing because of its speed. The initial motion of bodies in the solar system was the result of a spinning disc of matter from which the Sun, the Planets and the other bodies coalesced.

Orbits are elliptical. This was proved geometrically by Newton and a similar, though not identical proof, was done by Feynman. You can read both proofs in the book Feynman's Lost Lecture.
