They orginally come from the ground which is taken up by the plants. Either we eat the plants directly or we eat animals which have at some point in the food chain have eaten the plants.

That is how we got the copper, iron, and similar elements.

Ummm, mostly anything that is real food, not processed. But especially mineral water, fruits, and vegetables.
