When you step out with "him" and you feel you are really finally "home". When you think he has the cutest feet you ever saw!! When he doesn't call on time and you feel a little nauseous! When he buys you flowers and you keep cutting the botttoms off and putting them in fresh water every day long after they are sooooo dead! When you grab the phone and his voice makes you breathe deeper! I think I need a tummy rub!! @8=)

Their is no real love in the material world. It is a perverted reflection of the actual love which exists in the spiritual world. In this world it is actually lust. The closest thing to actual love is a mother and child relationship. But we can see that their are few mothers who have pure love for their child in this age. Love is unconditional, and unending, selfless, pure, and natural. Where is that in this world and if so it is just a glimpse of Real Love or Divine Love which can only be experienced in relationship with God. (also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We can try to love on that level with God in the center, which is called Prema Bhakti or Loving Devotional Service. Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada for Understanding of how to Get Real Love and the actual meaning of life.

Love means something different in everyone's head. We all think of love differently, so trying to come up with a mental definition of love is pointless. However, how people behaviorally express love is very similar. When people love someone, that someone benefits them, and they want to protect and promote the well-being of the object of their affection because they are afraid of losing the benefits. From a behavioral point of view, I think love is the expression of the fear of losing something treasured.

Love is when you care about something or someone so much you would put your own life in danger to preserve it/his/her safety.
