By the way. If you're a stickler for flaws in movies, check out the scene where Ennis and Jack are at BB, when Ennis tells him that he won't be able to see him until November. Jack has a melt down and tells Ennis that he just doesn't understand "How bad it gets" (referring to going to Mexico). You'll see.....
When they are standing next to the truck, Jack has a mustache, and then he doesn't, as they go back and forth in the close up shots.
It's a case of the disappearing mustache.
Obviously an oversight of the make-up dept. or in editing.

That might be dangerous since you don't really know these people... An isolated mountain is a great place to go to if you want to get raped or murdered... Since I assume you just met these people, why not invite them for coffee at Starbucks first. The four of you can go to a nice, well-populated place and have a cup of coffe together.
After you get to know them and feel you can trust them, then you should go take up their offer on that mountain trip.
