Did you use deoderant under you arms just after you shaved them? It is a good idea to use sting free deoderant or wait a few hours before you apply deorderant because it can cause irritation. You may have infected it.
It could also be exthma
Go and see your doctor or pharmicist if you are worried.

It doesn't sound serious enough for a dr visit, unless it looks infected or something. Chances are it is just constantly irritated by being rubbed and scratched. You might try putting A&D ointment on it during the day and maybe at home at night you can make sure it gets some air. That might be a little hard at this time of year with it being so cold....

You might have used a rusted razor and made an infection. Ask a doctor if you can..if not try not to mess with it for as long as possible

It sounds like you have a rash from an allergy; possibly from whatever you use to shave with.

Go see a doctor.
