you cant make generalisations like that. There are countless Inorganic compounds- some extremely toxic, some vital for a healthy human body.
A compound is described as inorganic if it does not contain carbon. So things like water, NaCl (salt) and Fe2O3 are all inorganic.
Also you cant be too general about when asking if things are bad for you. Everyone agrees that water isnt toxic, but if you drink enough of it, it will actually kill you - see the link below about the Leah Betts story. Most people think salt is bad for you, sure, eat enough salt and you will make yourself ill, but sodium is also vital for proper cell function. My point is, theres really no such thing as 'bad' compounds but there is such a thing as a lethal dosage - this can be really small in the case of toxic compounds or very high in the case of compounds that naturally occur in the human diet.

Considering the fact that water is an inorganic compound, the answer is no.
When your talking about food, or produce for example, organic means natural, not containing pesticides, etc.
In chemistry, organic just essentially means that it contains carbon.
