check your printer setting. Or check the fonts go to you font settings and check to see if someone changed the color setting. Or maybe you just need ink.

I had a same problem with hp printer, follow these steps to solve the problem

option 1

1. Take Self test page by printer (not windows test page) if it prints correctly. then
2. uninstall the driver and reinstall the driver.

option 2
1. Take printer to other computer and check it out if problem persisits. then there is a problem of logic card of printer

One Color Rainbow?? I think ur printer is really impressed with greenary of Earth. well well. the point is..
Had u filled the all cart's with green color, if not then it is possible that the head of cart is messed up due to any scatch or hit. Clean the head and circuit with fresh cloth for any dust and check again. If not helping, then i'm sure u have filled green in all holes of cart by mistakenly. Use it as it is, When it become empty, fill it again with right colors in right holes.

Did you replace the cartridges (both black & color) and still get green? Green print is usually a sign of a low ink tank, either color or black. It may take one print for your new tanks to start properly, but the only thing that I can think of is low ink.

If you get your cartridges refilled this will happen. The refill makes the printer think the cartridge is empty and it prints green.
