It could also mean that the "asian boi" is into some things that most people would consider different from the norm and is looking for a partner who is willing to experiment/open to new experiences.

Definitely he is gay or bisexual. He is looking for straight guys who accepts homosexual "lifestyle". Transexual? I don't think so since he still considered himself as a boy and not a shemale or something. By the way, I am Asian guy not boy :-)
