I mean, I asked question "If I can use white out on my app. form", and there are some employers out there says "I throw away app forms with mess, white out or scribbles." That means it DOES happen, right?

Oh that's me. I always screw up the past employment section. I put things in the wrong places, and make a big mess. I always put my first name in the last name spot and then realize it to late. I also tend to put the days date in the birth date spot. I may sound dumb, but I have gotten hired for every job I have applied to. I think it is common. Because people can be nervous or in a hurry!
