run one mile with ankle weights, and than run another mile without them and record the time it took u
(plus it "feels" like u've gotten alot faster the 2nd time b/c ur legs are so loose!)

do this every other day of the week and try and decrease ur time each time u run

you should also do leg presses and work out ur core muscles (sit-ups, etc.) b/c you need alot of explosiveness for speed

First of all your grammar is incorrect. The word became should be become. And the phrase more faster is also gramatically incorrect. So your question should be, how do you become faster. And the answer to your question would be to do a lot of aerobics to increase your lung capacity and basically just run constantly. Hope that helps!

The short answer is to work on speed movements. Short drills and exercises that pertain to basketball will help increase speed. Jogging and long runs will not make you faster...they will only improve your endurance. Also, plyometrics and weight training (when done properly) will increase speed. Learning and perfecting the proper form of movement will also increase speed.

Practice Practice Practice! And you can't forget physical conditioning either! I think that Plyometrics is the best way to increase you vertical jump and sprinting speed. Weight training too! Such as Squats and leg lifts as well as calf raises. But what alot of people forget is: Your legs move as fast as your arms can pump! So your upper body strength is just as important when it comes to speed! Unless of course you are a marathon runner or cross country!

Well it depends on what you want to become faster in. In almost anything the principle is the same, practice. With enough practice you will become better at it.

More faster? That doesn't make any sense. But to get faster, just get jumpsoles; they'll make you quicker and be able to jump higher.

Set up goals everyday such as running one block, then running two, and so on and so forth, and stay at it.
