someone changed something in the matrix. okay, just kidding. i've heard many things as far as deja vu goes. first, deja vu happens because in a parallel universe, you are doing the same thing at the same time. second, that it is your spirit telling you that you are on the right path. third, perhaps what you are doing is something that you shouldn't be doing - either you shouldn't be in that place, with that person or doing something during the time of your deja vu. and finally, my "favorite", a mind reader has tapped into your mind and somehow the electrical energies got mixed up to where it feels like you've been there, done that. these are just things that i've heard and read. that last one was interesting cuz i found it in some book dealing with physic vampires and stuff like that. very odd. hopefully that helped.

I've heard it explained like this and I like this theory:

Before you incarnate into a body, when still in Heaven; you make a life plan. It's like a storyboard of your intended human lifetime. You watch it several times beforehand in Heaven, like you would keep looking over an itinerary before you head out on a major trip.

When you get here and incarnate, sometimes a blip of it looks familiar because you've actually 'seen' it before you got here.

OR it's your brain mis-cataloging a new memory as a old one, and the wires get crossed. A brain fluke.

I like the first idea. It's more fun and interesting. We're not going to know for sure anyway until we're dead, so why not make things like Deja Vu into 'food for thought' instead of popping the balloon automatically and assuming it's just a brain glitch. Talk about party pooping.

I believe the reason for deja vu is that some electrical impulses in the brain that take in new information accidently cross into the memory side of the brain making your conscious self believe it's happened before. However I hope I'm wrong coz it's a boring answer!!!

Deja Vu is one of the most confusing and conflicting things about the human mind. There is no true answer. Scientists have thoughts and theories but no certain facts.

I once had a dream and the next day the exact thing happened. other times I have had the feeling that what was occurring around me had already occurred, but I never saw it occur before. the first I would explain as an astral travel, when we sleep we often or always enter the astral plain, the astral plain can be used to traverse time and space if you can control yourself consciously. so basically I would have unconsciously traveled a day ahead. the second could be defined as one of your eyeballs sending information to your brain a fraction of a second after you other eye sends it's info, thus you experience the same situation twice, almost at the same time, getting the feeling that you have seen the situation before.

Scientists say it is a delsy of nerve senses to register to your brain that what you have see, thought, or done has already been done. But all it is(to scientists explanation) is your senses just reaching your brain and registering on a delay. But I am highly religous and have a belief to that. I accept that everything that exists, happenned, or will happen was already written before brought into existance. So for any who gives thought, it is just a glimpse of truth depending what you follow/believe. It can be a glimpse of 2 years back that can happen. And that is exactly your thought on it. That is the will of GOD, but there is also free will of satan granted that can change the condition of the inevitable. But that too is written to happen. So back to square one. PEACE!
