Firstly, if your boyfriend isn't happy with the size of your breasts then you can find one who is! Secondly, no there is not a pill you can take. A product I have found effective is Avon Bust-Sculpt. It doesn't increase the size but does tone your breasts and fills them out to a more rounded look. Don't change for anyone.

(I hope everything worked out well for you! I realize this is pretty late to answer this q, but just in case you're still curious and/or anyone else with similar questions is using this question for a reference...) Before I answer this I'd just like to add a disclaimer -- if it's just your mom who wants you to have bigger breasts, I'd say don't bother;) I'm sure she's well intentioned, but still, it's your body. There's nothing wrong with having small breasts (especially for a sixteen year old)! Your mom won't have to deal with the side effects (if there are any), or some pretty unlikely but still possible health risks associated with birth control pills. So it's important that you're doing this for yourself, not just to go along with what she may want or what she thinks is best. That said -- yes, birth control pills may increase your breast size. They can do this in two ways -- 1) they may make you gain weight, or 2) the estrogen in the pills may make the breast tissue itself increase in size, regardless of weight gain. It's difficult to predict what your body's response will be -- you really just have to take them to find out. My *guess* is for you that they might just increase your breast size, since you have difficulty gaining weight already. A friend of mine has a similar build to you, and that's the effect they had on her (increased a cup size without gaining weight). Side effects -- for me personally, the (bad) side effects were mood swings. The good side effects (imo) were increase in breast size (without weight gain). There are some other possible but very unlikely health-related side effects that your doc will go over with you. Honestly, as long as your doc okays it for you personally, I wouldn't worry too much about those things. Whatever you do though, DON'T use the NuvaRing. It's not safe and may cause dangerous blood clots. (Much more likely to do so than other hormonal contraceptive methods, such as the pill). There have been many legal cases about this recently. I'd recommend staying away from the NuvaRing for that reason. I'm surprised to hear Charlotte's answer about problems having children afterwards. I think that's a pretty (extremely) unusual reaction... I've really never heard of it before, and I've been in the sex-ed field for a few years now. Ask your doctor about it if you're concerned. Final note -- many of the most beautiful women in the modern era (even according to the mainstream media -- notoriously tunnel-visioned in its views about beauty) have had small breasts like yourself. Kate Moss and (ironically) many of the Victoria's Secret models are A-cups or smaller. So, don't think that you can't be beautiful (even according to narrow-minded modern/media standards) with small breasts. That said, if you *personally* prefer or want medium or large breasts, then that is completely okay too. If that's the case, this strategy (birth control) may very well be the very good option for that:) I hope it all worked out for you!
