I have been taking the pill but keep forgeting to take it, I need something that I wont have to remember. Im not having sex but I what to take it because I get bad cramps and want something that will shorten my period too?

ask your gyn about an IUD or do some online reasersch about an IUD they last for five years an can be removed before if you want to have children some women stop having a period all together check it out

No sex is the best birth control. Leave yourself notes to take your pill, unless your ready to take the chance to have a baby. Also get the guy to double the protection by wearing a condom.

Speak to your doctor about the options that are available. You could try depovera (not sure if I have spelt that correctly), it is an injection that you get once every three months. Get a calendar and mark on it when you have to go back to the doctor to get the next injection.
