http://www.isc.rp is a good one that gives you the choice on many rules.
http://games.atari.com is a site where you can always find a game, but the dictionary is not as updated as the isc site. I like atari.com because they also have monopoly, yahtzee, and sorry to play as well as scrabble

most game sites have board games and scrabble should be one of them. i love that game too.
