Because there is a bunch of morons that are trying to suck the cash out of any gullible idiot that falls for their crap. They probably tell you that they are an attorney for their "dead" client. And ask you if you would be their "next of kin" so that you can collect the millions that are in the estate of the dead person. If you go for this, they will string you along, and soon they tell you in a urgent email that they need a fee to be paid to them asap to release the funds immediately and that you have only a very short time to do this. Also, if you deny them this money, they will tell you that they invested all of this time on you and you were their only hope of getting this estate released (which you would share 55% / 45% with them), and if you refuse to do this, you will have ruined their lives! Something like that anyway. I'm sure it varies. My bank had posted warnings about these people and what to do about it. I don't remember who to contact, but if you wanted to, you could show one of the emails to your bank, I am sure they would know how to handle this.

Just don't reply to it and make a report to your local law authority department. This will ensure that the faulty company wouldn't keep breaking relative laws continuously!

its a scam, they dont want to give you money, they want you to give them money. Dont do it.
