you could get an exhuast upgrade. i recommend a flowmaster. if done right, it will increase your low end torque, horsepower and fuel mileage.

do a catback: 3"headpipe, 50 series flowmaster, and a 2.5" tailpipe. you'll probably get at least 2 more miles to the gallon if not more.

bigger tires might help too.

Make sure that you are up to date with your tune-ups, have correct tire pressure, and don't drive like a schmuck. Gimmicks are just that, gimmicks....The Tornado has been tested by Consumer Reports, the Today Show, and Mythbusters, and no one can prove it works. Maintain your vehicle and it will serve you well. Oh and the "iat" should be youe intake tempurature sesor, which on most fords is located in the intake tube leading from the air box.

i you want to get really good gas mileage buy a diesel and you can buy a kit to convert it to run on used vegetable oil my Mercedes runs on it i get the oil from restaurants they give it to me free or if i need more i get it from oil bins out back of restaurants i pour the oil in a filter then into a 5 gallon pot and heat it up to get water out then into a tank in my trunk i start my car then flip a switch and run all day delivering pizza the last time i filled up my car was 12-18-06 i have used half a tank of diesel about 9 gallons and i have driven 1,700 miles i use about 5-10 gallons a day at work

Never let the gas go below half tank, and you should save in some fuel.

Forget the snake oil.

Check your tire pressures weekly to ensure they are properly inflated.

Don't drive too fast.

Coast more - anticipate stop signs and stop lights and lift off the gas sooner before coming to a stop. That saves brakes too.
