What causes Boogers?

They sure are good for growing hair because I have a nose full of hair and as soon as I pluck one the very next day it has grown back . /Maybe bald people should cover there head in snott to get their hair to come back

when you inhale... very little particles of dust came to our nose and that little dust added and added and the rest is history...
