Im a junior in Texas and i go to college in another year. So i have like a 3.3 GPA and i think i will graduate around 230 out of 600 students. And i believe i might score around a 1200 on the SAT. I really want to attend UT or Texas A&M but i dont know if thats good enough to get me in, what do you think? Oh and one more thing Do Texas A&M have a legacy Scholarship? if so is it a full one or what?

i dont' know much about A&M but i can help u with UT ur GPA looks pretty good and ur ranking is great it has to be higher than 25% so ur good in that part but ur SAT scores need to be a little higher. A 1410 is required for UT but u can get a higher grade if u study a little

You'd think with having a sister who went to UT and a step-son who graduated from A&M that I might know how to answer your question, but, it ain't so. Of course, my sister went to UT back in 1973-1977 or such, and my stepson went to A&M back in the late 1980's, so, even if I knew how they did it then, it most likely has changed by now. Sorry I can't be of any help. God Bless you.

No Worries, Dude! Your IN! Yes, they do have many scholarships that you would qualify for. I have a terrible GPA and I attend WTAMU in Texas.

ok, if you can get a 1300 on your SAT, you will get into any public Texas school, or if you just do an exceptional job on your application then you should get in without any problems. OR if you are intrested in the corps of cadets at A&M, they tend to get in easier than most. let me just say that choosing A&M, was the best decision of my life.
