I am a former Contiki Holidays Tour Manager so I think I come from some expertise in the matter. :) Anyway, I decided to go on a Euro Discovery tour in 1997 and after having an amazing time decided to go and apply to be a TM. After a strenuous interview and training, I worked for two seasons for Contiki America. I loved it. I continued to do tours in Aus. and Spain as a client/employee. Keep in mind it is budget, and sometimes wild people but you will get to see everything and have a blast. Go on their site and see what people have to say!
