In most cases yes you can, but it depends on the companies policies. Good Luck to you. Maybe there is someone where you work that you can ask that question to as to ease your mind. If your blood preasure is under controll you should be able to pass a DOT physical exam. Depending on how bad your blood preasure was you may only qualify for a six or twelve month physical instead of the normal two year phy.It is all up to the doctor.

well from what i was told, it depends on how bad or good your blood pressure is and i know when i checked for my trucker cdl they asked me if i was taking any meds or if i had been taking any meds that might affect my driving. you might want to call your local D.O.T. just to be sure. and don't forget to ask your doctor, just to be on the safe side.
