No evidence of foul play and no evidence that he was unhappy. The toxicology screen hasn't come back yet, but if I had to guess, I'd say he'd been drinking and made a bad decision to go too far out near the cliffs.

From everything reported he was a happy guy and really outgoing. I think for some reason he went over the wall and either slipped or a gust of wind pushed him. I guess we will never know.
