I'm not trying to ofend but I've seen many girls in the new york/new jersey area (Long island and Essex county, new jersey in particular) who dress really slutty and flashy and act bitchy towards people. Why is this?

Thats all girls in urban areas. Here in la its the same way, but there are girls that are decent to. You just see it more than a small town because of the huge population, thats why theres no town whore in a big city. To many to single one out.

As opposed to where else? I think it's a bit of a trend everywhere , but NY and NJ girls may come off as harder, somehow. But that's mostly illusion; style, not substance.
